The underlying idea behind HELP YOURSELF is to create a meeting point to gather  multimedia material shared by all the teachers who want to join this community blog.

If you are willing to contribute to this blog,  email your activity to

Please, include a title and the level you have been using the activity with as well as clear instructions to carry out the activity in the classroom. 

Copy links or attach your video,images, PowerPoint and/or Word file . 


Images must not be bigger than 8 MB and videos must be smaller than 110 MB.


All tips and suggestions are also kindly welcome.
